one moment — privacy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

The short version: one moment collects nothing. Everything stays on your phone. We couldn't look at your data if we wanted to, because it never reaches us.

What one moment stores

Your app selections, your limits, and today's open counts are stored only on your device. one moment has no servers, no accounts, and no networking — the app contains no code that sends data anywhere.

Screen Time permission

one moment asks for Screen Time permission for one purpose: to show a pause screen before apps you have chosen to limit, on your own device. Apple's Screen Time technology is designed so that apps like one moment never learn which apps you selected or what you do inside them — the system handles that privately.

What we collect

Nothing. No analytics, no identifiers, no crash reports, no tracking of any kind. The App Store privacy label for one moment is "Data Not Collected", and that is the whole truth.

Children

one moment is a self-control tool for your own device. It is not a parental-control product and has no functionality for monitoring anyone else.

Changes

If a future version of one moment ever changes any of the above, this page and the App Store privacy label will be updated before that version ships.
